Our large spaces holds classes at three levels so that you can find the perfect place to start:
Expect varying intensity, low-impact modifications, and an encouraging pace that builds endurance without burnout.
A fast-paced class with options for varying intensities. Vinyasa yoga focusing on building strength, flexibility, and stamina.
A fresh take on Pilates—designed for strength, tone, and deep core activation with a vibe that’s anything but basic.
A low-impact workout that blends ballet moves with Pilates, yoga, and strength training to sculpt muscles through small, isometric movements.
Pilates with a cardio focus! High intensity, core focused, full body, and full payoff!
A flat, padded platform that attaches to the end of your Reformer machine. Acting as a spring-loaded surface, it allows you to perform low-impact jumps while maintaining all the benefits of traditional Pilates.
Our infrared heaters promote flexibility, detoxification, muscle recovery, and more. Enjoy three levels of intensity.

Can I pause my membership?
Your membership plan is an autopay but we can pause your unlimited membership plan during the summer months and winter breaks. We just need you to email the exact dates that you want to pause and restart. We will email all of our members prior to breaks to request this information and we will also remind you in our weekly newsletter.

Classes are only available for the upcoming 2 weeks. Each month the weekly schedule will stay somewhat consistent. There is a lot of movement during the 24 hours before a class, so pay attention to where you are on the waitlist.
