The purpose of a membership is to stay committed to attending for the following month. The 30 days starts on the day you purchase it. If you need to start it on another day, please contact us in advance of purchase.

Q. Can I pause my membership?

Your membership plan is on autopay and we will pause your unlimited membership plan during the summer and winter breaks, just email us to let us know when to pause it. Q. If I buy a plan and use the Founding Member discount, does the price increase after the 1st month?

No, when you buy one of the founding membership prices plans (The 1st 100 who sign up get the discount) your discount remains locked in for the future until you cancel the plan.  You will be able to pause the plan for summer and winter break.

Q. What if I buy my membership, but classes are full?

Classes are only available for the upcoming 2-weeks. Each month the weekly schedule will stay somewhat consistent.

Q. Can I get a 1st free class?

No, our Free Class code was only available for our grand opening week.

Q. Can my friends/sorority book a private session?

Yes! Email team@fitnessonhigh.com and give us at least 2 weeks in advance for your private party rental. Prices for our Private classes are $150 and we will provide the space, an instructor, equipment, lavender towels, and a boutique fitness experience.  We have several options to upgrade your private session with additional features for a higher price point (options provided upon request).

Q. Can I book a private session?

Yes! Some clients may want to come in by themselves to get comfortable on the reformers or get acclimated to the heated classes. When the studio is not in use for large classes, you can book a private session for yourself or multiple guests at $100/hour. Email the studio for details and dates.

Q. Can I observe a class before signing up?

No, observing classes is not allowed as it may make other clients uncomfortable. We recommend experiencing a class firsthand or check out our social media pages to get a look inside the studio.

Yes! Gift certificates can be purchased for any package or dollar amount. You can purchase them on the website, or email team@fitnessonhigh.com for additional options.

Q. Can I share my package with a friend or family member?

No, each client must have their own package. You may purchase a class or a package for someone else.

Q. What classes are best for beginners?

We recommend starting with Hot Yoga or Mat Pilates.  The reformer classes can be adjusted to beginners, just make sure you inform the instructor at the start of your class.

Q. What classes are best for more advanced athletes?

We recommend that you take a sculpt class or barre class if you want to challenge yourself to build strength.  There will also be advanced reformer classes on the calendar once our instructors have acclimated to the new machines… stay tuned for that!

Q. Is there an age limit to attend classes?

Clients under 14 years old must attend with a parent initially and have a completed waiver.

Q. Are you hiring?

Yes!  We are looking for certified instructors to fill our class schedule… if that is you please let us know!  We are also looking for work-trade staff members who will serve as studio ambassadors and work the front desk for up to six hours a week in exchange for free classes.  If you are interested in this role, please email us!

Q. Will you be holding a teacher training?

Yes! We are working now to set the dates for our teacher training program that will allow you to get experience teaching classes at our studio!  We will have a different (8 hour) training for Mat, Yoga, Sculpt, and Reformer. Stay tuned for more details- make sure you subscribe to our website and check social media for updates.
