This summer, we have classes designed for all ages and fitness levels (see our weekly schedule below), so come work out with us, we're eager to meet YOU where you are!

Shout out to Elle, Hannah, Kate, and Greta for working on Merch. They are taking the time to develop something that everyone body will love!
Tyler and Jackson are working to upgrade our software, renovate our floors, bathroom, and lobby... we can't wait for the big reveal!

Oxford Community: There are only 8 weeks before students come back. Please join us now... get comfortable at the studio... gain the confidence to take classes with our Miami students when they return.

Fitness on High goes to Farmer! The Dean's Staff Advisory Committee (DSAC) at Miami University's Farmer School of Business has invited Fitness on High to offer a "Reset & Recharge: Reduce Stress with Chair Yoga and Mindful Movement" this Tuesday at Noon. Caroline is going to kick it off with a guided meditation, breathing exercise, and some gentle yoga poses... J is going to introduce stretching through movement and dance, and Kerri will bring it home with some balancing poses and mindful savasana. |
