Elle taught an epic yoga sculpt class on Saturday morning! She started class with a powerful intention...so we asked if we could share it with all of you:Intention: Trusting the Timingby Elle WentworthAs we all know, it’s finals week here in Oxford, and for many of us—whether we’re students, recent grads, or just navigating a season of transition—this time of year brings a lot of pressure. There’s a lot happening. We’re tying up loose ends, thinking about what’s next, trying to make plans—often while holding a whole lot of uncertainty. And I’ve been there. In fact, I’ve been there recently—wrestling with big decisions, second-guessing myself, watching others announce big opportunities and wondering if I was falling behind. I had a dream that once felt exciting, but in the face of comparison and fear, it started to feel… small. But something inside me kept nudging me forward. Even when it didn’t make sense. Even when things weren’t working out on the timeline I wanted. And then, slowly, things began to shift. Not all at once. But piece by piece. Doors opened. Support showed up. The dream started to take shape—not because I had it all figured out, but because I stayed open and kept showing up.So if you’re walking into practice today feeling the weight of uncertainty—or wondering what your “next” is supposed to look like—I invite you to soften into trust, just for this hour. Let this be a moment to breathe. A place to release the pressure to have it all figured out. You’re not behind. You’re not alone. And more often than not, things fall into place in ways we never could have planned.🌟 |
