Service Description
This is an orientation opportunity for you to check out the reformer machines, learn some tools and techniques, and decide if you would like to sign up for more. If you do sign up for a class pack or unlimited membership on the day of your intro to reformer pilates class- you will be refunded the $20 ๐ What: 30 minutes - intro to reformer and benefits, demo key Pilates exercises & try a few reps, intro to jumpboard (fun way to do cardio with minimal impact!) 15 minutes - Q&A, then opportunity to purchase reformer classes or package Who: Those who are looking to improve their fitness & wellness. Our "Intro" and "Gentle" reformer classes are for beginners; it is safe with no-impact on joints, yet so effective to build muscle endurance and strength! Think of the traditional Pilates reformer workout as absolutely the best beginner workout. How: "Intro to Reformer" is a 30-minute info session that demonstrates the benefits of the reformer workout; You will try the jumpboard which is great method to get a cardio workout without a lot of impact on our joints (knees, hips, etc.)

Cancellation Policy
Fitness On High Cancellation & No-Show Policy: At Fitness On High, we value your commitment to your fitness journey and strive to provide an exceptional experience for all members. To maintain fairness and class availability, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy: Class Cancellation Policy: - You may cancel your class up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. - Cancellations must be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: - If you cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled class, you will be considered a late cancel and charged a $10 fee. - If you do not show up for a booked class without canceling, you will also be charged a $10 no-show fee. - This policy helps ensure that spots are available for members who are able to attend. Unlimited Membership Holders: - Members on unlimited plans are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy. Repeated violations may result in booking restrictions or temporary suspension of booking privileges. Waitlist Policy: - If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email or text. - If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged if added to the class last-minute. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen! If you have a legitimate emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. How to Cancel: - Log into your Fitness On High account. - Navigate to My Bookings and select the class you wish to cancel. - Click Cancel Reservation at least 2 hours before class time.
