Cancellation Policy

Private Rental Policy & No Cancellations At Fitness On High, we offer private rentals to give you exclusive access to our facilities for your wellness, recovery, and special events. Due to the limited nature and high demand of these bookings, all private rentals are subject to the following terms: Private Rental Policy: All private rentals must be booked and paid for in full at the time of reservation. Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or rescheduled for any reason once confirmed. Please arrive on time, as your session cannot be extended beyond the reserved time slot. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session with no partial refunds. Guests using the facility during private rentals must follow all studio policies and safety guidelines. No Cancellations / No Refunds: We do not offer cancellations, reschedules, or refunds for any private rental bookings. Please make sure your schedule is confirmed before booking your session. In the event of an emergency, contact us directly. While refunds are not guaranteed, we may offer a credit toward a future rental depending on the situation.
