1. Overview
This website is operated by Fitness On High, located at 13 B E High Street, Oxford, OH 45056. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fitness On High. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, service, membership, class, or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, do not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or make purchases. Minors (ages 13–17) may participate in classes with a signed waiver and parental or guardian consent.

3. Studio Services
We offer memberships, class packs, drop-in passes, private sessions, and retail merchandise.
Class bookings are made through our site or Mariana Tek integration.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Class packs are non-transferable and expire within the terms described at time of purchase.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited credits or fees, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Group fitness classes must be canceled [insert window, e.g. 8 hours] in advance to avoid penalties.
Membership cancellations must be made at least [e.g. 5 days] before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for unused classes, events, or packages.
Events or workshops are non-refundable unless canceled by Fitness On High.
All retail merchandise purchases are final sale.

5. Health and Safety
All participants are required to complete a digital liability waiver before attending their first class.
You agree that you are physically able to participate in our activities and release Fitness On High from any liability related to injury or health issues resulting from participation. If you experience pain or discomfort, you agree to stop the activity and inform the instructor immediately.

6. Client Conduct
Clients must treat staff and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or memberships for abusive behavior, harassment, or violation of policies.

7. Digital Access & User Accounts
When using our online booking system:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Any unauthorized access or suspected breach should be reported immediately.

8. Retail Sales
All merchandise purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Third-Party Tools
We integrate services from Mariana Tek, Shopify, and other providers. You agree that we are not responsible for how those services operate and must abide by their terms of use.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, text, media, designs) is the property of Fitness On High and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
Fitness On High is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to injuries, scheduling issues, system outages, or data loss.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fitness On High and its staff from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or participation in our services.

13. Modifications to Services or Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
