Service Description
This is one of the most challenging classes at Fitness on High! Barre infuses the essential elements of exercise to strengthen + stretch your body. We break it down into focused core, arm, thigh and gluteal blocks. Each block is brought together in our proven approach that ensures your body gets the optimal workout. No two classes are alike. Muscles will constantly be shocked and challenged so you become the strongest version of you. This class incorporates high repetition through small and larger range of motion, along with hand weights, bands, and other props to help you take your practice to the next level.

Cancellation Policy
Fitness On High Cancellation & No-Show Policy: At Fitness On High, we value your commitment to your fitness journey and strive to provide an exceptional experience for all members. To maintain fairness and class availability, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy: Class Cancellation Policy: - You may cancel your class up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. - Cancellations must be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: - If you cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled class, you will be considered a late cancel and charged a $10 fee. - If you do not show up for a booked class without canceling, you will also be charged a $10 no-show fee. - This policy helps ensure that spots are available for members who are able to attend. Unlimited Membership Holders: - Members on unlimited plans are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy. Repeated violations may result in booking restrictions or temporary suspension of booking privileges. Waitlist Policy: - If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email or text. - If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged if added to the class last-minute. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen! If you have a legitimate emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. How to Cancel: - Log into your Fitness On High account. - Navigate to My Bookings and select the class you wish to cancel. - Click Cancel Reservation at least 2 hours before class time.
