8 Small Group sessions with a personal trainer to kickstart your fitness journey! Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays for the month of June Time: 9am - 10am What: 45 minutes - structured, streamlined, low-impact, cardio-challenging workout targeting all muscle groups, 15 minutes - Q&A and check-in with your trainer & group Who: Women who are looking to improve their fitness & wellness, just in time for summer! *Not recommended for complete beginners How: Guidance will come from a personal trainer who pays close attention in small group format, to encourage good exercise form and techniques. Equipment: will use weights, bands, Pilates ball & magic ring, etc. Accountability: encourage attendance & consistency via paying upfront for all 8 sessions as a program package & being part of a small group. Progress: can be measured in many ways, for example: improved strength and endurance, better overall wellness, elevated mood, lifestyle changes, etc. Knowledge: learn proper exercise fundamentals to know how to get the most out of your workouts. Cost: $160 for 8 sessions that are 60 minutes long ($20 per session) All those who complete the program will be eligible for a discounted membership!

Cancellation Policy
Fitness On High Cancellation & No-Show Policy: At Fitness On High, we value your commitment to your fitness journey and strive to provide an exceptional experience for all members. To maintain fairness and class availability, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy: Class Cancellation Policy: - You may cancel your class up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. - Cancellations must be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: - If you cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled class, you will be considered a late cancel and charged a $10 fee. - If you do not show up for a booked class without canceling, you will also be charged a $10 no-show fee. - This policy helps ensure that spots are available for members who are able to attend. Unlimited Membership Holders: - Members on unlimited plans are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy. Repeated violations may result in booking restrictions or temporary suspension of booking privileges. Waitlist Policy: - If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email or text. - If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged if added to the class last-minute. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen! If you have a legitimate emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. How to Cancel: - Log into your Fitness On High account. - Navigate to My Bookings and select the class you wish to cancel. - Click Cancel Reservation at least 2 hours before class time.
