time to set your

Intention for Summer
 
Everything begins in your mind.
 
As Katie Dowling, will often remind us when she's teaching Pilates at the studio:

"Your Mind is in Control,
Not the Body." 

When we set an intention
in our minds,
we find that our bodies are much stronger than we realize.

Our summer class calendar started this week,

so our instructors and studio ambassadors gathered to set our

Intentions for Summer at Fitness on High🌟

 

We wanted to share some of these intentions with you,

so that we can Co-Create an awesome Summer together:

 

  • Help people feel comfortable and confident in their bodies & HAVE FUN!

  • Build a studio culture and place where anyone can feel at home.

  • Share the joy of fitness.

  • Grow strong together.

  • Create a positive and welcoming environment to expand our community.

  • Make everyone feel welcome.

  • Creating a space full of self-love and love of fitness.

  • Growth within the Oxford community.

  • Make more connections.

  • Practice self care & love yourself.

  • Share my passion (yoga) for everyone & every body.

  • To create the best FOH method ever.

  • To shine a bright light on everyone who walks in the door.

 

We hope to see you at the studio soon.

We will be diving into some awesome moves rooted in various ballroom styles - its going to be a blast and a great workout.

Summer Sculpt
 
Kickstart your fitness journey
 with 8 Small Group Sessions guided by a Personal Trainer to learn proper exercise fundamentals and get the most out of your workouts. We will hold each other accountable for nutrition throughout this time and take before/after pics!
Tuesdays & Thursdays in June from 9am -10am
$160
