Hey Fitness Fam!
At Fitness on High, we believe in the power of slowing down to enhance your workout experience. When we connect with our bodies and practice mindfulness, we not only perform better but also enrich our overall wellness journey. We can optimize our workouts (and life in general) when we are more aware of our bodies and in control of our breathing. Here are a few things that might help...
Meditation and Movement Mondays: Join us every Monday at 6pm (over the next five weeks) to blend meditation practices with gentle movement, setting the tone for a mindful week.
Aroma Yoga Wednesdays: Immerse yourself in the soothing scents of our aroma yoga session every Wednesday. Combine the benefits of yoga with aromatherapy to deepen relaxation and rejuvenate your senses.

Meditation & Movement Mondays at 6pm
Starting June 2nd
led by Dr. Yvette Harris
These meditation & movement sessions will be hosted at our studio for the next five weeks!
They are designed to help you break free and release from all the stressors that life puts on us.
You will be guided to focus on your breathing as you clear your mind and rid your body of the pressure life puts.
There will be a different topic each weeks such as mindfulness, self-care, honoring your space, welcoming your future self, meditations off the mat, etc.

Aroma Yoga
Wednesdays at 6pm
with Jaimie Ross
Essential oils are a great way to enhance your yoga practice,
If you're looking to let go of tension and move into peace.

Not everyone likes a Heated class in the summer
We get it... so we now have more options for those who want to avoid the heat or are just getting started at Fitness on High!
Meditation & Movement Mondays at 6pm will not be heated.
Mat Pilates class on Tues/Wed/Thur at 6am with Cassidy will not be heated, so if you need to get a workout in before you head to the office, this one's for you!
Aroma Yoga on Wednesdays at 6pm is warm and cozy (details below) but not too hot.
Yoga Flow on Thursdays with Jenn at 7am is not heated.
Gentle Heated Yoga Sundays at 9am with Caroline is warm and cozy, but not too hot.
J teaches Dance Fitness on Sundays at 12:30pm that is not heated, but you will work up a sweat!
We have added more classes to the schedule (listed below),
and will cancel classes that don't have at least two people sign up.
Please let us know if you have requests for class times/days.

We are excited to announce that Marley is now on the schedule!!!She is an Assistant Human Performance Coach at Miami, and we are lucky to have her teaching Mat Pilates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at Noon!She will also be teaching Hot Mat Pilates on Tuesdays at 7pm and Wednesdays at 7:30pm.Come take a class with her!She is an incredible coach and instructor. |
